Web Designer
Minimum Job Requirements:
- The Web Designer will be responsible for designing high quality websites from concept to completion for offshore clients
- Design and development of stunning website according to Web 2.0 standards (table-less websites created using DIVs)
- Must have strong knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS and Photoshop with at least 1-2 years of practical experience
- Should have technical Web Development knowledge with particular knowledge of implementing design into content management systems like Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla etc.
- Must posses creative and artistic abilities
- Fast learner, dynamic and self starter
- Good command on English
Skills Required:
- Adobe Photoshop
- HTML/CSS
- Flash
- Javascript
- WordPress, Joomla,
Drupal
Added Qualities:
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Understanding of programming languages like Javascript, PHP etc will be a plus
- Ability to analyze and interpret user graphic requirements.

Customer Support Representative (CSR)
Minimum Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in handling customer support calls.
- Must be fluent in English with American accent.

- Ability to maintain productivity under pressure and handle multi-tasks effectively.

Minimum Job Requirements:

- Have the qualities to visualize and design logo and corporate identity (atleast have worked on 10 logo designs)
- Must posses creative and artistic abilities
- Fast learner, dynamic and self starter.
- Good command on English
- Able to write graphic related documentation for the work that is completed in English. (Bonus)
Added Qualities:
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Skills in the utilization of specified computerized graphic design programs.
- Ability to analyze and interpret user graphic requirements.
